&lt;P align=left&gt;71 percent are not impacted by the economy when buying and selling. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;Features that many luxury consumers look for in their home purchases:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P align=left&gt;72 percent have a room in their home devoted almost exclusively to entertainment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;72 percent of respondents look for designer kitchens&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;50 percent find wine cellars important&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIR&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;Features which are gaining in popularity:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P align=left&gt;23 percent have heated floors&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;15 percent have a boat dock&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;11 percent possess bedroom kitchens&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;11 percent are furnished with indoor pools&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;10 percent have tennis courts, golf courses or putting greens&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIR&gt;
&lt;P align=left&gt;Of these luxury amenities listed above the majority all have to do with sports or in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A full 43 percent of these current luxury homeowners state that they are considering relocating to be closer to recreational activities.
